Job Description

Diligent is seeking a highly analytical Director to partner with the global Post-Sales organization, driving planning, forecasting, investment evaluation, and operational insights to improve Gross Dollar Retention and post-sales efficiency. This high-visibility role will collaborate with leaders and FP&A to translate strategy into measurable financial and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support Post-Sales leadership with operating model design
• Evolve Post-Sales KPI framework
• Standardize investment processes
• Support GDR improvement roadmap
• Manage planning, forecasting, and analytics
• Evaluate financial impact of retention initiatives
• Partner with GTM Systems and Data teams
• Direct headcount and resource allocation
• Deliver executive-level reporting
• Build collaborative relationships

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial and strategy & operations
• SaaS / computer software company experience preferred
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
• Strong understanding of GTM metrics
• Advanced ERP financial systems skills
• Experience creating annual plans
• Ability to establish strategic initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
