Job Description

Diligent is seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to join the GTM Strategy and Operations team. This role will partner with the CCO and Finance to develop and operationalize a commercial growth strategy, focusing on sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer success. The Director will foster collaboration across the commercial organization and leverage AI to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and operationalize a commercial growth strategy
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Develop and maintain segmentation models
  • Own and evolve the global sales forecasting framework
  • Utilize Salesforce and data sets to drive predictability
  • Deliver reporting on performance-to-plan
  • Refine core sales processes
  • Implement a standardized sales methodology
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks
  • Lead territory design
  • Optimize territory assignments

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Strategy, or Go-to-Market Operations
  • 2+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Experience partnering with CROs, CFOs, and executive leadership
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, Gong
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency with forecasting metrics
  • Success in improving sales productivity
  • Experience designing scalable B2B SaaS processes
  • Cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills
  • High EQ and clear communication skills
