The Senior Director, Governance Solutions Expert will provide consultative guidance to strategic customers, ensuring successful adoption and expansion of Diligent's Governance solutions. This role requires deep expertise in global GRC processes and focuses on business development, implementation, and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to prospects and clients
• Provide strategic guidance on GRC program design
• Lead executive-level discussions on regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in corporate services or governance
• Strong business development skills
• Experience implementing enterprise-wide GRC programs
• Ability to engage C-level executives
• Strategic leadership and operational capabilities
• Former C-suite executive experience
• 10-15+ years of operational experience in regulated industries
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks
