This position is responsible for executing and delivering solutions related to managed services requests from customers, requiring expertise in Diligent solutions and collaboration with internal teams. The role involves leading engagements, providing guidance on best practices, ensuring quality assurance, mentoring junior specialists, and supporting business development activities.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of client-facing or consulting experience
• FedRAMP experience
• Experience with CMMC and NIST frameworks
• Background as an auditor or implementor
• Customer First mindset
• High-quality work ethic
• Effective time management skills

• Teamwork ability
• Passion for GRC
• Excellent communication skills
• Relevant GRC accreditation
