Job Description

Seamless.AI is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to lead the strategy and execution of programs that drive pipeline, accelerate sales cycles, and deliver predictable revenue growth. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with the revenue team to create integrated campaigns across the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and performance of marketing campaigns
  • Oversee lifecycle and nurture email campaigns
  • Drive segmentation, lead scoring, and automation
  • Collaborate with sales/ops on routing and data hygiene
  • Optimize CAC, CPL, ROAS, and acquisition KPIs
  • Increase qualified lead volume and improve CAC
  • Drive conversion rate uplift across content and nurture flows
  • Launch high-performing campaign initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in SaaS
  • Expertise in paid channels, automation tools, CRO platforms, and analytics tools
  • Proven ability to scale multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong grasp of funnel metrics and optimization strategies
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with marketing support for recruiting initiatives
