Job Description

Seamless.AI is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across various functions. The role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring process in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop recruiting strategies
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels
  • Manage candidate pipelines efficiently
  • Utilize recruiting technology to optimize workflows
  • Provide consultative guidance to hiring teams
  • Track recruiting metrics and report on progress
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of professional recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Experience working under general supervision
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven success managing end-to-end recruiting
  • Strong pipeline management skills
  • Proficiency with sourcing and recruiting tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Data-driven mindset
