Job Description

STR’s Cyber Division is seeking a Senior Cyber RF Hardware Engineer to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team solving unique problems. The role involves designing, analyzing, and characterizing hardware architectures, prototyping solutions, and supporting HWIL systems and hardware modeling efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapid prototype RF solutions
• Develop PCB-based designs and implement FPGA/embedded software
• Integrate processor debuggers and in-circuit probing solutions
• Utilize test equipment to characterize and debug electronic systems
• Prepare and execute test events
• Lead lab-based acquisition and control platform development
• Serve as hardware team representative on interdisciplinary efforts
• Participate in proposal efforts

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 5 years experience OR MS with 3 years
• Expertise in RF, analog, or digital circuit design
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience preparing and presenting technical material
• Experience leading hardware efforts
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
