Job Description

The Construction Project Manager leads the planning, design, and execution of facility-related construction projects, including new builds, secure facilities, and office renovations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of facility projects
• Oversee project planning, design, permitting, and execution
• Manage project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate office layouts and space planning
• Review contractor proposals and manage change orders
• Manage architects, engineers, and vendors
• Ensure regulatory and security compliance
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Oversee quality control and closeout documentation
• Provide project updates to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
• 7+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
• Experience with DoD environments and secure construction preferred
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit
• Knowledge of construction drawings and processes
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
