STR is seeking a Lead Software Developer to design, implement, and test systems software for advanced real-time signal processing applications for sonar, radar, and electronic warfare. The role involves collaboration with a dynamic team and requires strong technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Potential travel to customer meetings and experiments

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a secret security clearance
• Experience with GNU/Linux toolchains
• Proficiency in C, C++, or similar languages
• Comfort with Python and/or MATLAB
• BS, MS, or PhD in a related technical discipline
• 7+ years of experience with BS, 5+ with MS, or 2+ with PhD
