STR is seeking a Lead Program Manager to oversee multiple RF programs, focusing on planning, execution, and delivery. The role requires strong technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholders while fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage program schedule and budget
• Partner with principal investigator on program execution
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Coordinate across functional capabilities
• Communicate with stakeholders
• Track program metrics
• Lead proposal development
• Manage subcontractors
• Foster collaboration
• Understand customer needs

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret
• U.S. citizenship
• Bachelor’s degree (engineering discipline preferred)
• 7+ years of program management experience
• Experience managing projects for the Department of Defense
• Proficiency in program management tools
• Strong presentation and organization skills
