Job Description

STR is seeking an RF Hardware Engineer to support the design, development, and implementation of advanced multi-function RF systems. The role involves collaborating with researchers and engineers on multi-disciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions in areas like Radar and EW/RF convergence, designing and implementing RF hardware for operationally relevant environments.

Responsibilities

• Support development of RF hardware systems through the development lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements
• Design and implement hardware designs
• Identify and select RF systems components
• Conduct supporting analyses
• Support assembly, integration, and testing

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
• Knowledge of RF systems and their principles
• Experience in delivery of advanced development hardware
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of applicable experience
• Experience in providing information for briefings and technical reviews
