Job Description

STR is seeking an RF Hardware Engineer to support the design, development, and implementation of advanced multi-function RF systems. The role involves collaborating with researchers and engineers on multi-disciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions in areas like Radar and EW/RF convergence, focusing on operationally relevant environments.

Responsibilities

• Support RF hardware system development throughout the lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements
• Design and implement hardware designs
• Identify and select RF system components
• Conduct RF link budget analyses
• Support assembly, testing, and checkout of systems

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship (required for security clearance)
• Knowledge of RF systems and design principles
• Experience in delivering advanced development hardware
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or Master’s degree
