Job Description

STR is seeking a Senior System Integration & Test (I&T) Engineer to support integration and test of advanced multi-function RF systems. The role involves subsystem and system level integration and test of software and/or hardware components, verifying technical requirements, and contributing to system design packages. The position offers the opportunity to work with leading domain experts and leverage Digital Engineering tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop hardware and software test environments
• Perform hands-on integration in labs and field environments
• Prepare and deliver briefings
• Participate in Agile development with a focus on system tests
• Document and execute test plans and procedures
• Capture and communicate test results and metrics

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret
• US citizenship
• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Java, C/C++, Labview, or Python
• 3+ years of experience in I&T
• Travel required
