Job Description

STR is seeking a Senior Software Systems Integration & Test Engineer to integrate and test software implementing complex systems into customer environments. The role involves test planning, performance testing, defect tracking, DevOps environment maintenance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in test planning and reviews
• Perform integration testing
• Conduct performance testing
• Identify and track defects
• Maintain DevOps environments
• Collaborate with stakeholders on infrastructure
• Develop and maintain test documentation
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts
• Document pipeline architectures
• Ensure compliance with industry standards
• Improve testing processes

Requirements

• Active Top Secret TS/SSBI security clearance with SCI eligibility
• U.S. citizenship
• Prior experience working SAP programs
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years experience
• Experience as an Integration and Test Engineer with Java applications
• Strong knowledge of Java and related technologies
• Expertise in CI/CD using GitLab and automated testing frameworks
• Knowledge of containerization technologies
• Experience with automated testing tools
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
