Job Description

SixGen is seeking a senior strategic leader to drive growth within the national security space enterprise, engaging with key organizations like U.S. Space Force, Air Force, SDA, NRO, and NGA. This role requires a proven executive capable of building trust with high-level government officials and shaping the conversation around mission challenges and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as senior customer engagement lead
  • Shape and grow enterprise book of business
  • Act as a thought leader on space mission priorities
  • Develop strategic capture strategies
  • Collaborate with technical leaders to design solutions
  • Sustain senior-level relationships post-award

Requirements

  • 10+ years defense/intelligence/cyber experience
  • 5+ years business development/capture experience
  • Track record of building senior relationships
  • Deep understanding of U.S. space mission areas
  • Familiarity with DoD/IC space operations
  • Ability to translate mission needs into solutions
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
  • Current TS clearance (SCI preferred)
  • US Citizen
  • Willingness to travel 25%
  • Based in or able to travel to Maryland/Northern Virginia
