Job Description

SixGen is seeking a Senior Level Red Team Operator to join their Delivery team. This remote position requires one day a week onsite in Washington D.C. and involves simulating adversaries to identify vulnerabilities in critical assets and infrastructures for government and commercial organizations.

Responsibilities

• Conducting red team exercises independently
• Developing payloads to bypass A/V and EDR solutions
• Mentoring junior and mid-level operators
• Delivering technical red team reports and briefings
• Using and customizing penetration testing frameworks (Cobalt Strike, Kali, etc.)
• Performing engagements on cloud environments

Requirements

• US Citizen or eligible to obtain a clearance
• 6+ years of hands-on red team/government computer network exploitation experience
• 2+ years of technical red team leadership experience
• 3+ years of experience with penetration testing software frameworks
• CRTO certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• OSCP, OSCE, OSEE, GXPN, and/or GPEN preferred
