SixGen is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and systems supporting government and customer missions. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications

• Support integration, debugging, and testing
• Ensure software meets security and reliability standards

Requirements

• US Citizen with ability to obtain security clearance
• Proficiency in Python, C++, Java, or C
• Experience in Linux-based environments
• Familiarity with secure coding practices
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting government software projects
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, containerization, or distributed systems
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
