Job Description

The Supply Chain & Procurement Manager ensures aerospace programs have the necessary parts and services on time, within budget, and with proper documentation and quality. This role involves supplier selection, purchasing execution, and supply risk management, collaborating with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and program teams.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase parts and services
• Negotiate pricing and lead times
• Manage purchase orders and deliveries
• Own supplier relationships and track performance
• Ensure supplier documentation and traceability
• Manage engineering changes
• Develop purchasing plans and set inventory levels
• Identify and mitigate supply risks
• Reduce cost through sourcing and negotiation
• Improve purchasing processes

Requirements

• 5+ years in procurement or supply chain (aerospace, aviation, electronics)
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Experience with documentation and traceability
• Comfortable with engineering changes
• Strong spreadsheet skills and purchasing system experience
• US Citizen, Green Card holder, or eligible for US State Department authorizations
