Job Description

Kasada is seeking a highly technical and customer-focused Senior Technical Account Manager to own the success of their largest enterprise customers. This role involves deep technical problem-solving, proactive customer leadership, and strategic influence, working across distributed architectures and security ecosystems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional experiences and shape the future of Kasada’s platform.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as strategic technical advisor
  • Lead onboarding and complex implementations
  • Diagnose and resolve advanced issues
  • Own escalations and incident coordination
  • Conduct QBRs
  • Monitor customer environments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally
  • Create technical documentation
  • Influence product evolution

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with HTTP, DNS, CDNs, proxies, and web architecture
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS preferred)
  • Understanding of security architecture
  • Ability to diagnose distributed systems
  • Proven track record managing customer relationships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
