Job Description

Kasada is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead their global sales engine and drive 5x revenue growth. This role involves setting strategy, leading execution across various sales channels, and partnering with other departments to create a unified revenue process. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling enterprise SaaS businesses and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Execute U.S. + global GTM to 5x revenue
  • Hire, develop, and inspire A-players
  • Convert customer insight into industry plays
  • Run an elite operating system
  • Participate in high-stakes deals
  • Partner with CRO, Marketing, Product, Sales Engineering and CS
  • Elevate the brand as Kasada’s ambassador

Requirements

  • Proven scaler of enterprise SaaS (≥5x revenue)
  • Experience selling deep tech products into Fortune 500 organizations
  • Technical sales mastery with threat intelligence
  • Team builder and operator with low attrition
  • Fluent in MEDDPICC and modern stacks
  • Hands-on leader in pivotal deals
  • Domain edge in cybersecurity/cloud infra/fraud prevention
  • Strategic and financially literate
  • Strong communicator and culture carrier
  • Bachelor's degree required
