Responsibilities

  • Answer client questions
  • Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Navigate BambooHR products to resolve issues
  • Guide clients on performance management, time-tracking, onboarding, and applicant-tracking systems
  • Troubleshoot complex questions and provide creative solutions
  • Provide phone and chat support
  • Keep up to date on new features and products
  • Engage in upselling and customer retention

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service or technical troubleshooting experience
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with phone-based customer care
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to explain complex problems simply
  • Articulate and concise written and oral communication skills
  • Resiliency and ability to work in a metric-oriented environment
  • Availability for in-office training and work at least three days a week
  • Dedicated at-home workspace with reliable internet
