BambooHR is seeking a Product Designer to develop user-centered experiences for their Payroll, Benefits, and Time product areas. The role involves user research, workflow design, and collaboration with Product Management and Engineering to create intuitive and efficient solutions for HR administrators, payroll managers, and employees.

Requirements

• 2+ years of UX/product design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing research, interaction design, and UI execution
• Experience designing SaaS products
• Ability to translate requirements into user experiences
• Strong communication skills
• Self-management and project juggling skills
