BambooHR is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the growth of their Benefits Administration product. This role focuses on enhancing scalability, usability, and customer value through customer empathy, design partnership, and delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will drive clarity and alignment across teams, deliver impactful solutions, and leverage AI to improve the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
• Technical fluency
• Ability to translate insights into product decisions
• Skilled in Agile methodologies
• Organized, proactive, and decisive
• Experience in Benefits Administration or HR Tech preferred
