BambooHR is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of their core employee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle event experiences within the HR Platform. The role involves strategic vision, cross-functional collaboration, and leveraging AI to enhance product development and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design and engineering to create scalable solutions
• Develop a deep understanding of HR Tech and HRIS
• Define and prioritize customer problems
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams
• Deliver solutions balancing long-term evolution with near-term impact
• Evaluate product effectiveness through feedback
• Foster collaboration with engineering and design
• Communicate decisions to stakeholders
• Leverage AI tools throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
• Technical fluency
• Ability to translate insights into product decisions
• Skilled in Agile methodologies
• Organized, proactive, and decisive
• Experience with platform technologies preferred
