Job Description

The Account Executive - APAC role focuses on bringing new business to BambooHR by educating prospective clients on the platform and building relationships with HR professionals and leaders. This is a B2B SaaS sales position with a proven process and a unique sales culture, conducted remotely via web conference and phone.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage cultural insights for APAC sales strategies
  • Manage entire sales pipeline
  • Contact white-paper leads
  • Articulate value proposition to SMBs
  • Collaborate and negotiate with clients

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SaaS or related Sales experience
  • International Sales experience preferred
  • Track record of exceeding expectations
  • Ability to articulate value proposition
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Willingness to work a 4/10 shift schedule (12 PM-11 PM MST)
