Job Description

As an Outbound BDR, you will proactively initiate contact with new leads, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets. The role involves qualifying leads, handling objections, and managing complex sales situations to drive sales success. This is a hybrid role with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with new leads
  • Maintain a high volume of cold calls
  • Build strong relationships with prospects
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing
  • Adapt to changes in team dynamics

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience as an SDR or BDR
  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Ability to achieve monthly performance KPIs
  • Coachable attitude
