Job Description

As an Outbound Account Executive at BambooHR, you will drive account acquisition by targeting accounts, cultivating relationships, and maximizing sales into new accounts. The role involves prospecting, developing relationships with stakeholders, driving sales execution, and providing a smooth handoff to post-sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Expanding the top of the funnel through prospecting
  • Developing relationships with C-level executives and influencers
  • Driving sales execution using BambooHR's sales process
  • Preparing accurate forecasts and documenting activities in CRM
  • Diagnosing customer needs and configuring appropriate offerings
  • Demonstrating product proficiency
  • Moving prospects from latent to active need
  • Providing a smooth handoff to post-sales teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
  • 1-2 years of outbound sales experience
  • Track record of tenacity and driving results
  • Proven ability to cultivate relationships
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Coachability
  • Ability to prioritize and listen actively
