Job Description

BambooHR is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to lead a team and strengthen the systems, processes, and data that power their revenue teams. This leader will focus on scaling the sales organization through data-driven insights, strategic planning, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales operations team

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a related technical/SaaS business (3+ in senior leadership)
  • Visionary leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of SaaS B2B sales
  • Experience with sales methodologies
  • Strong sales system knowledge (SFDC, Outreach, etc.)
  • Innovative influence
  • Exceptional business acumen
