BambooHR is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to contribute to the development of data-centric backend services, APIs, and interactive experiences leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence. The role involves building platforms for intelligent decision-making, collaborating with cross-functional teams, researching new approaches, and ensuring high-quality system delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build platforms for intelligent decisions and interactions
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders
• Research and prototype new approaches and algorithms
• Ensure high-quality system delivery and improve workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building data-centric software
• Experience deploying production applications in the cloud (AWS)
• Track record building production ML algorithms (Python)
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and vector databases
• Skill collaborating using cloud-based tooling and git
