Job Description

The Senior AI Solutions Engineer will leverage generative AI, analytics, and machine learning to implement AI solutions that drive business outcomes. This role requires partnering with internal teams to design, prototype, and implement AI applications, while also providing consulting and collaborating with other engineers for production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Understand internal business domains and key metrics
• Partner with stakeholders to identify AI solutions
• Design and build experiments and prototypes
• Implement and tune AI solutions
• Provide AI solution design consulting
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers for deployment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, AI, software engineering, or technical business systems
• Problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking skills
• Experience building generative AI applications (agents, conversational interfaces, ML models, RAG)
• Knowledge of LLMs, vector embeddings, agents, and machine learning
• Proven record of driving business impact through technology
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Data analysis and machine learning expertise
• Experience with structured and unstructured data
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field
