Job Description

The Senior Director, Pre-Sales Consulting will lead and expand the Pre-Sales Consulting team, aligning technical expertise with sales objectives to drive revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of Enterprise SaaS technology, and a hands-on approach to team management and client collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Pre-Sale Consultants
  • Develop and implement the pre-sales strategy
  • Define and track key performance indicators
  • Oversee product demonstrations and proposals
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering
  • Manage the pre-sales budget
  • Recruit and onboard new team members
  • Maintain relationships with customers and partners
  • Improve pre-sales processes
  • Stay up to date on industry trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 6–8 years of experience in pre-sales consulting
  • 5+ years leading teams in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products
  • Experience integrating pre-sales into the sales process
  • Proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools
  • Legal Tech background preferred
  • Ability to travel 25–50%
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
