Elite is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and scale the next generation of their legal financial and practice management solutions. This role involves strategic product leadership, stakeholder alignment, and delivering scalable solutions for a global customer base, shaping the product roadmap and influencing organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic direction and success of a product area
• Drive cross-functional product planning
• Conduct market and customer research
• Lead customer discovery and validation
• Prioritize features and investments
• Define and maintain a product roadmap
• Partner with UX, Engineering, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams
• Track product performance
• Act as a thought leader and mentor

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, MBA preferred
• Track record of leading product strategy
• Expertise in accounting and financial compliance
• Experience in customer discovery and validation
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in Agile development
• Strong business and systems thinking
• Experience mentoring junior product managers
• Ability to travel up to 10%
