Job Description

The Account Manager will drive revenue growth and customer retention by expanding the Elite Cloud SaaS platform within an existing customer base. This remote role requires a strategic, relationship-driven professional skilled in consultative sales and cross-functional collaboration, focusing on upsell, cross-sell, and long-term value delivery to law firm clients.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Lead strategic account planning and renewals
  • Conduct deep discovery and present solutions
  • Execute a structured sales process
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Track pipeline and account insights using CRM
  • Coordinate resources for account growth
  • Stay current on legal tech trends
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Located in West Coast (PST) or Mountain (MST) time zones
  • Ability to travel 25–50%
  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing renewals and complex sales cycles
  • Strong communication and executive engagement skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Proficiency in consultative selling
  • Strong organizational skills
