LTK is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the Commissions and Payouts Engineering team, responsible for streamlining revenue financial workflows. This role involves architecting, designing, developing, and operating services for revenue processing, affiliate integration, and cash reconciliation, ensuring scalability and accuracy as the company grows.

Requirements

• Strong business acumen
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture
• Strong communication skills
• Experienced technical leader
• Experience building scalable back-end and data processing services
• Experience deploying and operating services in the cloud
• Deep understanding of system design and data structures
• Commitment to code quality
• 10+ years with software backend systems
• 5+ years with data architecture
• Experience with Python and Golang
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and AWS services
