Job Description

Alpha Lion is seeking a Lifecycle Copywriter to increase customer lifetime value by creating copy that connects, converts, and retains customers across every lifecycle stage. This role focuses on developing scalable copy systems and producing high-impact messaging to build trust and reduce churn.

Responsibilities

• Develop lifecycle copy strategy
• Write copy for Email, SMS, in-app, and direct mail
• Create segmentation and personalization frameworks
• Build and optimize modular copy systems
• Run A/B tests and analyze performance
• Own churn prevention and winback messaging
• Partner with CRO, CX, and UX/UI teams
• Build internal systems and leverage AI tools

Requirements

• 3+ years writing sales-focused email/SMS copy for DTC and eCommerce brands
• Strong understanding of subscription metrics
• Ability to create strategic briefs
• Native English speaker or culturally fluent in U.S. communication style
• Comfort working in a remote, fast-moving environment
