Job Description

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for establishing, operating, and continuously improving the company’s end-to-end supply chain infrastructure to support aggressive growth targets and best-in-class product delivery. This role focuses on transitioning to internal sourcing, logistics, and cost management to enhance pricing power and ensure supply continuity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain supply chain processes, SOPs, BOMs, and costing files
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers
• Manage supplier performance
• Partner with contract manufacturers
• Develop cost models and provide supply chain data
• Coordinate purchasing and logistics
• Deliver visibility into supply chain status

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of supply chain experience in supplements or nutraceuticals
• Strong negotiation skills
• ERP proficiency (NetSuite preferred)
• Experience with BOM management and cost modeling
• Experience with contract manufacturers
• Bachelor’s degree in related field (optional)
