Job Description

Steer is seeking a Technical Support Associate to deliver amazing customer experiences and support their suite of software tools for automotive repair shops. This role involves providing technical support, onboarding, and implementation assistance to clients, ensuring they receive value from the platform. The associate will be a key member of the team, helping to define processes and resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities

  • Own technical support for customers
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
  • Own Level 1 support resolutions
  • Create Level 2+ tickets and triage internally
  • Set up and troubleshoot phone numbers
  • Maintain data connection stability
  • Provide product retraining
  • Maintain documentation
  • Provide feedback on user experience
  • Evaluate system compatibility
  • Configure customer templates
  • Implement scheduling tools and CRM
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Collaborate with integration and CRM teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, onboarding, or customer service
  • Experience troubleshooting and training customers
  • Experience owning support metrics
  • Experience configuring client-facing products
  • Experience with CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce)
