Job Description

Steer is seeking a Lead Engineer for Integrations to drive the engineering work behind critical data integrations powering Steer and AutoOps. This is a hands-on role focused on owning the full lifecycle of complex integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms and partner systems to maintain product stability and enable growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the full integrations lifecycle
• Lead technical conversations with vendors
• Design and run sync processes
• Build integration patterns and documentation
• Maintain and improve existing integrations
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Success

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, APIs, Entity Framework
• Experience with REST APIs
• Commercial / ISV software product experience
• Leadership and coaching skills
• Experience with Windows Services
• Experience with message queues and background workers
• Deep integration building experience
• Understanding of resilient distributed systems
• Experience with authentication models
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
