Job Description

Dataiku is seeking a General Manager to lead the operationalization of their governed agentic platform, building and scaling a team to deliver measurable business outcomes for large enterprises through Enterprise Reasoning. This role involves strategy, execution, and collaboration with various teams to drive AI adoption and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of AI engagement and transformation leaders
• Own business unit strategy and performance
• Translate vision into scalable enterprise reasoning programs
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team
• Lead high-impact engagements connecting analytics, models, and agents
• Develop and standardize Enterprise Reasoning Playbooks
• Drive technological and organizational adoption
• Shape the product roadmap
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success
• Represent Dataiku externally

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, AI/ML strategy, or digital operations
• Proven ability to build and scale new businesses
• Track record of leading large-scale transformation programs
• Strong understanding of AI governance and orchestration
• Experience operating across multiple geographies
• Entrepreneurial mindset with P&L leadership experience
