Job Description

Dataiku is seeking a Senior Anaplan Sales Compensation Analyst to drive insights that fuel growth. This role will partner globally with the sales team and focus on Anaplan administration, strategic commissions analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to improve business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Anaplan operations
  • Diagnose issues and develop actionable insights using analytical techniques
  • Implement solutions and ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Develop and present recommendations based on analysis
  • Transform organizational needs into dynamic capabilities
  • Build financial models and scenario analyses
  • Guide workforce and expense planning
  • Assess sales investments
  • Optimize processes through automation and standardization
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Product Finance, and other teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience building and implementing Anaplan Solutions
  • Ability to translate technical features into process improvements
  • Strong skills in complex data analysis
  • Familiarity with system implementation methodologies
  • Proven ability to interact with business and IT clients
  • Understanding of financial systems and business processes
  • Ability to interpret complex business data requirements
