Job Description

This role leads the Marketing Chief of Staff organization, focusing on strategic program management, MBO framework ownership, planning, budgeting, cross-functional alignment, performance improvement, and team leadership to maximize pipeline and ARR impact. The position requires a blend of strategic acumen, operational rigor, and leadership to drive the effectiveness of the global Marketing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives
  • Ensure programs are on time, within budget, and tied to outcomes
  • Own and operationalize the Marketing MBO framework
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles
  • Serve as coordination point between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Establish operating dashboards and performance reviews
  • Lead a high-performing team
  • Develop talent and foster a culture of accountability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in marketing operations, strategy, or program management
  • Proven track record driving operational excellence
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and analytical skills
  • Strong executive communication and influence skills
  • Deep understanding of marketing performance management and GTM execution
