Job Description

CGS is seeking a dedicated eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to join a fast-paced team to assist with legal accounts. The role involves supporting various aspects of the company's portfolio, monitoring legal changes, improving FBI Discovery processes, testing system upgrades, and providing technical and legal expertise in eDiscovery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to laws impacting litigation
• Monitor commercial industry for technology improvements
• Verify proposed solutions meet requirements
• Conduct testing of system upgrades
• Verify new solutions deliver functional capabilities
• Provide advice on ESI identification, preservation, collection, processing, and production
• Monitor separation reports for legal hold custodians
• Update/create standard operating procedures
• Provide technical and legal expertise on eDiscovery applications

Requirements

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience
• 3 years of experience on major litigation support projects
• 2 years of experience with Relativity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with eDiscovery Services across the EDRM
• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience (JD preferred)
