Job Description

CGS is seeking a dedicated eDiscovery Program Manager to join a fast-paced team to assist with legal accounts. The role involves managing contractor staff, overseeing administrative support, ensuring time entry, coordinating new staff onboarding, mentoring team members, addressing performance issues, managing client expectations, initiating process improvements, providing technical expertise, participating in meetings, managing schedules, assisting with Change Requests, monitoring system maintenance, reviewing logs, assessing technical assessments, overseeing eDiscovery platform and system administration, complying with contract terms, ensuring operational coverage, formulating work standards, presenting findings, providing cost estimates, monitoring performance, developing training programs, reviewing discrepancies, preparing reports, ensuring quality assurance, providing timekeeping and invoicing, maintaining a qualified workforce, and assisting in project management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Discovery Program contractor staff management support
  • Oversee administrative logistical support
  • Ensure daily time entry is recorded
  • Coordinate new contract staff onboarding
  • Mentor and assist new team members
  • Address performance or personnel issues
  • Manage client expectations and deliverables
  • Initiate process improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate communication and resource management
  • Provide technical and eDiscovery subject matter expertise
  • Participate in teleconferences or meetings
  • Assist in managing the Legal Clerical mailbox
  • Develop and track project schedules
  • Assist with Change Requests and Contract Modifications
  • Oversee system maintenance
  • Review system and application logs
  • Review and report technical assessments
  • Oversee eDiscovery platform processes
  • Oversee system administration of Microsoft Exchange
  • Oversee administration of Microsoft Windows server
  • Oversee performance of DNS, WINS, DHCP, and LDAP
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and network architecture
  • Comply with contract terms and conditions
  • Ensure operational coverage
  • Formulate and enforce work standards
  • Present and communicate instructions
  • Provide cost and staffing estimates
  • Monitor employee performance and productivity
  • Develop and implement training programs
  • Review work discrepancies
  • Prepare and submit required reports
  • Ensure RFQ performance and quality assurance
  • Provide timekeeping and invoicing
  • Maintain a qualified workforce
  • Provide direct supervision and program control
  • Assist in project management task performance
  • Resolve problems, issues or conflicts

Requirements

  • Top Secret Clearance Required
  • Experience in eDiscovery program management
  • Ability to manage contractor staff
  • Strong administrative and logistical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical expertise in eDiscovery platforms and systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server, and related technologies
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure/Amazon AWS)
  • Ability to comply with contract terms and conditions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with government stakeholders
