Job Description

CGS is seeking a dedicated eDiscovery Program Manager to join a fast-paced team to assist with legal accounts. The role involves managing contract staff, overseeing administrative support, ensuring time entry, coordinating new staff onboarding, mentoring team members, addressing performance issues, managing client expectations, initiating process improvements, providing technical expertise, participating in meetings, managing schedules, assisting with Change Requests, monitoring system maintenance, reviewing logs, assessing technical assessments, overseeing eDiscovery platform processes, managing Microsoft Exchange and Windows server administration, monitoring IT infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Discovery Program contractor staff management support
  • Oversee administrative logistical support
  • Ensure daily time entry is recorded
  • Coordinate new contract staff onboarding
  • Mentor and assist new team members
  • Address performance or personnel issues
  • Manage client expectations and deliverables
  • Initiate process improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate communication and resource management
  • Provide technical and eDiscovery subject matter expertise
  • Participate in teleconferences or meetings
  • Assist in managing the Legal Clerical mailbox
  • Develop and track project schedules
  • Assist with Change Requests and Contract Modifications
  • Oversee system maintenance
  • Review system and application logs
  • Review and report technical assessments
  • Oversee eDiscovery platform processes
  • Oversee Microsoft Exchange and Windows server administration
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and network architecture
  • Comply with contract terms and conditions
  • Define and execute reports and deliverables
  • Ensure operational coverage
  • Formulate and enforce work standards
  • Present and communicate instructions
  • Provide cost and staffing estimates

Requirements

  • Top Secret Clearance Required
