Job Description

As a Senior ALS Lab Manager, you will lead the delivery of lab data processing services, ensuring compliance with ESI specifications and providing detailed deficiency notices. You will manage a team of eDiscovery professionals, advise clients on the EDRM workflow, and contribute to government innovation through cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead data processing services delivery
• Ensure timely and accurate task completion
• Consult with attorneys on ESI best practices
• Manage lab activities and client communication
• Provide webhosting support
• Manage and oversee a team of eDiscovery professionals
• Advise clients on all phases of the EDRM

Requirements

• Extensive Relativity experience
• Relativity certifications (RCA/Analytics Specialist preferred)
• 8+ years of eDiscovery experience
• 5+ years of management/supervisory experience
• Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery process and EDRM
• Working knowledge of document review software (iConect, Relativity, Venio)
• Undergraduate degree (preferably in computer science)
