Job Description

CGS is seeking a Senior ALS Lab Manager to lead the delivery of lab data processing services, ensuring compliance with ESI specifications and providing detailed deficiency notices. This role involves managing a team, consulting with legal staff, and advising on all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).

Responsibilities

• Lead data processing services delivery
• Ensure timely and accurate task completion
• Consult with attorneys on ESI best practices
• Manage team scheduling, assignments, and QC
• Advise on all phases of the EDRM
• Provide webhosting support
• Keep client informed on lab activities

Requirements

• Extensive Relativity experience
• RCA and/or Relativity Analytics Specialist certifications preferred
• 8+ years of eDiscovery experience
• 5+ years of management/supervisory experience
• Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery process and EDRM
• Working knowledge of document review software (iConect, Relativity, Venio)
• Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field
