Job Description

Contact Government Services is seeking an experienced Senior Director of eDiscovery to lead an electronic discovery team within the Government. This role involves supporting litigation support and e-discovery processes, including project management, ESI intake, data analysis, document production, and vendor liaison.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative functions for litigation support software
• Process and publish electronically stored information
• Assist in preparing documents and exhibits for trial
• Maintain chain of custody for media and data
• Contribute to internal process development
• Work with legal teams
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Maintain knowledge of eDiscovery best practices
• Build relationships with eDiscovery vendors

Requirements

• Understanding of the litigation lifecycle and eDiscovery processes
• 7+ years of experience in litigation support or eDiscovery
• Experience with Relativity as an Administrator and Case Manager
• Experience providing end-user support
• Experience with Relativity, Nuix, Concordance, IPRO
• US Citizenship
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
