Job Description

CGS is seeking a Senior Discovery Database Administrator to support legal accounts, manage Microsoft SQL Server, and assist with database administration tasks including security setup, table creation, and data migration to cloud infrastructure. The role requires expertise in data modeling, redundancy, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and 2022
• Create and maintain databases in a clustered server environment
• Apply knowledge of data lakes, data warehouses, and data modeling
• Mirror database servers and implement redundancy
• Facilitate database migration to cloud infrastructure
• Upgrade SQL Servers and create reports using SSRS
• Setup and manage reporting servers

Requirements

• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server administration
• Knowledge of data modeling and data architectures
• Experience with database redundancy and high availability
• Experience with cloud migration
• Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Top Secret Clearance Required
