Job Description

CGS is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to support legal accounts, monitor changes to laws impacting litigation, evaluate new technologies, and provide technical and legal expertise in electronic discovery applications. The role involves identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI, as well as updating standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to laws impacting litigation
• Evaluate new technology for improving discovery processes
• Test system upgrades and patches
• Provide advice on ESI identification, preservation, collection, processing, and production
• Monitor separation reports for legal hold custodians
• Update and create standard operating procedures
• Provide technical and legal expertise on eDiscovery applications

Requirements

• 5+ years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience
• 3+ years of progressive experience on major lit support projects
• 2+ years of experience in Relativity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with the EDRM
• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
• BS/BA degree or equivalent (JD preferred)
