Job Description

CGS is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor to support legal accounts, focusing on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil, criminal, and congressional matters. The role requires expertise in eDiscovery applications and collaboration with litigation teams to develop and implement discovery plans.

Responsibilities

• Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI
• Serve as expert user of eDiscovery applications
• Develop discovery plans and search parameters
• Collect data from FBI IT systems
• Analyze search/collection results
• Administer data inputs into eDiscovery review platform
• Coordinate collection results with FBI units
• Adhere to policies and provide training
• Provide advice on ESI identification and organization
• Document discovery plans and procedures
• Facilitate legal hold implementation
• Provide eDiscovery collections on criminal cases

Requirements

• 5+ years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience
• 3+ years of progressive experience on major lit support projects
• 2+ years in Relativity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with the EDRM
• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
• BS/BA degree or equivalent (JD preferred)
